Outline Planning Permission has been granted for 137,500ft² of offices, 88 flats and decked car parking on a prominent town centre site in Stevenage.
Boast Architects produced design drawings and 3D images to show how an architectural statement building could be created on a 2.9 acre site at one of the main gateways to Stevenage.
The design challenge was to maximize office commercial and residential development whilst sympathising with the scale and historic character of a 17th Century Grade II Listed farmhouse in the middle of the site.
