Master planning and detailed design for 325 houses and apartments on agricultural land between Manor Estate and Shendish Manor Golf Club.
The 400,000ft² development comprises between one and five bedroom houses and apartments designed in accordance with a Master Plan agreed with Dacorum Borough Council when the original development was conceived.
In September 2018 planning consent was obtained for 28 houses and apartments totalling 26,000ft² on a final parcel of land retained by the original owner.
