A four storey high-specification detached house designed in a classical style and incorporating light wells at ground floor level to bring daylight into the basement living space.
The two storey high breakfast area which is adjacent to the kitchen and garden room has a full height feature window which links the ground and first floors directly to landscaped rear gardens.
Various design options were produced for the grand staircase to enable the client to brief the specialist who was engaged for the detailed design, manufacture and installation.
Planning, working drawings and a fully rendered CGI image were produced using Revit 3D modelling software which meant that detailed design could continue with the client during the construction phase.
