A development of 7 large detached houses with between five and seven bedrooms and individually designed in an Arts and Crafts design style.
Variation of architectural details, materials and colours ensures that each house has an individual identity which is sympathetic to the local character and agricultural history of the site.
The site was formerly occupied by farm buildings which restricted the extent of new development in order to preserve the openness of the Green Belt.
While the houses are placed quite closely together each one has a large plot and uninterrupted views to open countryside.
