Two detached houses in an Arts and Crafts design style on a plot formerly occupied by a single bungalow.
The wide site frontage meant that two houses could be accommodated while maintaining the characteristic street pattern of Roundwood Park which was a requirement of the Planning Authority.
The fronts of the houses are set back from each other in order to follow the building line of properties each side of the site. This alignment is also reflected at the rear of the houses and accounts for difference in overall floor areas of 2260 and 2475ft².
Both houses have spacious living areas, five bedrooms and four bathrooms on three levels. Accommodation at second floor is contained wholly within the roof space to ensure that the external appearance is sympathetic with the scale of other two-storey houses in the area.
