There are 30 apartment types with between 1 and 3 bedrooms and ranging in area from 485 to 1055ft².
There are two levels of car parking and substructure is designed to accommodate major underground services which cross the site and cannot be moved.
Revised planning consent was obtained to remove 3 bedroom apartments from Phase 2 and provide 48 smaller apartments in response to market demand. The four apartment types range in size from 495 to 830ft² above one level of parking.
